Waking up early in the morning has its own advantages with close to no disadvantages.
For those who find it a little too much, I wanna tell them that by waking up just 2–3 hours before others, you become 10 times more ‘dominating’ and 10 steps ‘ahead’ of all your peers.
This although seems a bit exaggerated but trust me once you do this for 10 days, you’ll get to experience it first hand.
Also, starting your day by meditating just for 10 minutes can act as the cherry on the cake.
2. Planning the Day a Night Before
Planning your day a night before can relieve you of the stress of knowing what to do in the day.
Which further helps you to plan your day accordingly and get the most out of it.
This is the most important of all these three habits.
3. Blocking Distractions
Our generation is the most distracted one to date. We have so many things to get distracted with that focusing on what’s important has become difficult and getting distracted has become easy.
Distraction includes everything from your phone to social media to any other habit of yours which gives you pleasure but is a waste of time.
Today, If one can learn to block distractions, he/she has already won 75% of the battle of becoming productive.
